Hi Martin,
Just wanted to say thanks and congratulations on behalf of A
Certain Symmetry for the success of the OIMA's last week. We had a
great time at the event - we were all commenting to each other
about how it really did a great job of capturing the spirit of
independent music. It's always nice when a bunch of people can be
brought together for a common cause that we all believe in.
We were also thrilled and honoured to take home our prize for Best
Rock. The plaque is currently on display at the elementary school
where our keyboard player teaches music, hopefully inspiring a
future generation of independent music.
Finally, you can't ask for anything more than leaving a show with
2 new discs of music to listen to, so thanks for that too.
I hope we have the opportunity to work together again in the
future.
